Staff Development

Devon Youth Service has as its primary purpose the delivery of a quality service to young people. Youth work in Devon aims to be educative, empowering, participative and to be inclusive. It recognises that one of the most important ways of ensuring this is possible is through a skilled, valued and motivated workforce. This includes both paid staff and volunteers.
