DYS Cookery Award
The Devon Youth Service Cookery Award requires young people to learn about kitchen hygiene and safety, as well as various aspects of menu planning, budgetting, food preparation and the final kitchen clean. A minimum of ten hours' involvement is required and the young person and the youth worker describe all the learning that took place to trigger the certificate.
